Breakdancing - Free Trial Class
A lot of you have been asking what the Breakdancing course is going to be like... so we are giving you the chance to find out for yourself! Thursday 11th September, 7:10pm in the gymnasium our awesome instrcutor Nick Poi will take you for a FREE session to allow you to get a taste of what the course is going to involve. Group Training - Term 4
It's getting warmer, the days are getting longer so now is the time to make the most of our Group Training courses. We have lots to offer in the last term, so get in amoungst it! Courses include Foam Rolling, Breakdancing, Boxing, Bootcamp and Meditaion. For more information about what is involved and course times check it out here.

Group Fitness Timetable - Holiday Classes
From Monday 25th August we will be running the Group Fitness Holiday Timetable. Classes are reduced, so please make sure you double check the timetable before you come to the gym!
The term timetable recommences Monday 8th September.
