TeachMe Intro Sessions - Kettlebells, Suspension Training and Swissball

Term 3 is nearly upon us...so how about learning something new? Our very small intro sessions (max 4 per group) are ideal for you to learn the theory behind trending exercise equipment and try your hand at it, all under the watchful eye of a qualified fitness professional. TeachMe Workshops - Foam Rolling

Foam rolling is an inexpensive way to relieve muscle soreness and tightness and improve your performance on the sports field/court, in the gym, or in every day life. Foam rollers are provided free in the RecCentre for you to use in your workout, or you can purchase them quite cheaply for home use. Join us for a 1hour workshop to teach you some theory behind foam rolling, some basic exercises to get your started, and how to integrate it into your daily or exercise routine. Group Fitness Challenge
