Group Fitness Challenge is back

The 2015 Group Fitness Challenge is back! Sustain your motivation by signing up to complete 100 Group Fitness classes or Small Group Training sessions in 6months! Loads of prizes and fun along the way to the grand prize of $500.

Refer a Friend and win!

Sign a friend up to the 2015 Group Fitness Challenge between now and Thursday 31st April and both you and your friend will go into the draw to win! Prizes include a Spin Concession card and $25 Westfield voucher each. To enter, one of you needs to fill in a Refer a Friend form at reception and that will go into the draw, easy! A winner will be drawn on Friday 1st May and will be notified via email. Stay warm and healthy this winter with Group Fitness! Note: Exclusive to Group Fitness Challenge participants.

Small Group Training Term 2

Is it time to reverse the over indulgences of Term 1?? Registrations are now open for Small Group Training in Term 2 - and they could be the extra kick of motivation you need! Have a look through our list and see if anything takes your fancy! Hmm...always wanted to learn yoga splits? Lucky for you then, that this is the focus of Term 2 Advanced yoga play! Or try our very popular Meditation, Boot Camp or Boxing courses.

Spin Intro - New for Term 2!

You know what they say...you are just one spin class away from a good mood! Our new 3 week Spin Intro course will take you through the basics, building up your time on the bike, along with introducing you to all the techniques progressively. It doesn't cost any more than a regular spin class, at just $9 for the 3 week course PLUS we'll give you an awesome spin concession card deal to get you started on your spinning addiction upon completion of the course.

Suspension Training

The RecCentre now offers Suspension Training in our Circuit Room. (you might know the major brand TRX, ours aren't TRX, but they do the same thing!).Borrow a kit from reception for FREE, just hand over your ID card. There are loads of ideas on you tube. Or, if you'd fancy someone showing you how, we offer it as a Small Group Training course, or you can book in with an instructor for a one-on-one SteerMe session, and have a workout designed specificallyfor you, for just $25. Starting soon, we'll also be offering free intro sessions, designed to teach you the basics. Keep an eye out for more information.
