- After an individual consultation, our instructor will write you a peronalised programme
- You will be taken through all the components of your programme (a few reps on each to get the idea and select loads), be shown correct technique, but you wont' be taken through your entire programme from start to finish
- A complimentary follow-up session is provided within one week to ensure your programme suits, minor tweaks can be made, and that you've remembered everything correctly
- $25 for a 45min consult, programme and show through
- Complimentary follow-up appointment included (15mins)
- Additional sessions (one-on-one) can be booked $25 for 45mins
- It is recommended that you update your programme every 6-8 weeks for best results
