Our regular group fitness classes can be quite massive, which is great for that buzz of exercising in a large group BUT sometimes you just want to get some more one-on-one time with the instructor and nail that technique right? Also with Summer right on our door step, now is the pefect time to commit yourself and keep on track with your health and fitness.
All courses are EXCLUSIVE for UC RecCentre members only (except Staff Yoga), and are a fraction of the cost you might pay elsewhere!

How to sign up: If you would like to register for any of our courses please just pop into see our Reception team or you can give us a call on 364 2433 x8434 and you can sign up over the phone. Payment must be made at the time of booking.
